Service Notice: Scheduled Server Migration Beginning 12AM Friday

  • Thursday, 23rd April, 2026
  • 15:28pm

Dear Valued Clients,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an upcoming planned server migration that will affect your hosting services. As part of our ongoing effort to provide you with a more stable and reliable hosting environment following the recent server incident, we will be migrating all accounts to our new server infrastructure.

✅ Migration Schedule

We began the migration process starting at 12:00 AM (midnight) on Friday, 24-04-2026.

✅ What This Means for You

  • Your website and services will remain fully accessible throughout the migration. There is no downtime expected during this period.
  • We will be performing a final file synchronization just before we switch the server DNS to the new server, to ensure your latest data is captured.

⚠️ Important Request — Please Read

To ensure the most complete and accurate transfer of your website data, we kindly ask that during the migration period, you:

  • Minimize changes to your website files, plugins, themes, or content as much as possible
  • Avoid major updates such as CMS upgrades, plugin installations, or file uploads if they are not urgent
  • Hold off on any large structural changes to your website until after we confirm your migration is complete

This will help us ensure that the final rsync captures a clean and consistent snapshot of your website before the DNS cutover.
