Shared Hosting Plan Update & New Titan Plan – Effective 1 November 2026

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for hosting with MudahHosting. We’re writing to let you know about upcoming changes to our shared hosting plans.

Why this change?
Our upstream infrastructure provider is increasing the price of dedicated server hardware from December 2026. Global demand for high-performance hardware, partly driven by AI infrastructure, has raised data centre, energy and network costs across the industry.

Rather than raising prices, we’ve chosen to keep all plan prices the same and adjust storage allowances. For customers who need more space, we’re also introducing a new top-tier plan.

What’s changing

Plan Current Storage New Storage Price
Student 1 GB 1 GB No change
Sifu 100 GB 50 GB No change
Pro 100 GB 50 GB No change
Ultimate 200 GB 100 GB No change
Titan (NEW) — 200 GB RM 49/month
Advance 1 GB Upgraded to Sifu No change

Bandwidth stays exactly the same on all plans, as do all other features (email accounts, SSL, backups, LiteSpeed and Imunify360 protection).

When does it apply?
The new storage allowances apply to all accounts from 1 November 2026, including annual and multi-year terms.

What should you do?

  • Most customers: nothing. Your current usage already fits within the new allowance.
  • Advance customers: good news. The Advance plan is being retired and your account will be upgraded to Sifu (50GB) at your current price, at no extra cost.
  • If your usage is above the new limit: we’ll contact you personally before 1 December to help you upgrade or free up space.
  • Need more space? You can upgrade to a higher plan, including the new Titan plan, anytime from your Client Area.

You can check your current disk usage anytime in cPanel under Disk Usage.

If you have any concerns about this change, please open a support ticket and we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Warm regards,
MudahHosting Team
